Online Therapy and Resources

Online Therapy Sessions

 

Online therapy sessions are conducted from the convenience of your own home. Similar to the therapy provided at the clinic or on home visits, we will work together to process therapeutically and learn new skills so you can better cope with whatever challenges arise. 

 

Many people already prefer this type of therapy due to their busy schedules, however it is becoming a safer option during the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic. It's a method that allows you to get your therapeutic support without risking exposure. Sessions are confidential and respect the therapeutic process. 

 

Therapy sessions are conducted online using a secure video conferencing program called Zoom. A link will be sent prior to your appointment.

These are intended for families I work with as a way to continue our work between sessions. They are also free for personal use for anyone who might find them helpful.
