Waitlists and Contacts

We’re so glad you’ve found your way here. At Rainbow Muse Collective, we believe in care that is relational, creative, and led by real humans, not systems. Each of us works independently within the collective, and our availability reflects the pace and capacity of our lives, our practices, and our politics.

This page is here to help you connect with the right-fit therapist for your needs. Below you’ll find links to each practitioner’s individual waitlist (if they’re open to new clients), as well as their direct email contact. If someone does not have a waitlist form it simply means their waitlist is currently closed.

How it works

  • Each therapist manages their own schedule and waitlist.

  • You can join as many waitlists as you like, we want you to get the support you need as soon as possible.

  •  Below, you’ll find direct links to waitlist forms and email addresses for each practitioner.

  • If you have any questions, please contact the relevant therapist directly. We don’t have a shared admin team, and general enquiries sent to the collective email can’t be redirected individually.

  • If a form isn’t listed, that person’s waitlist is currently closed but you’re welcome to check back later.

A gentle Note

We’re a small collective of humans, therapists, parents, creatives and dreamers doing this work with full hearts and full lives. We deliberately keep our caseloads small to honour our capacity, our families, and our own ongoing journeys of healing and unlearning.

This means that waitlists are often closed or slow-moving, not because we don’t care, but because we care deeply. About doing this work well. About not burning out. About staying human while supporting humans. We’re so grateful you’ve landed here, and we hope you find the support you need even if it isn’t with us.
