Waitlists and Contacts

We’re glad you’ve found your way here. At Rainbow Muse Collective, we believe care is relational, creative, and led by real humans rather than systems. Each practitioner works independently within the collective, and availability reflects the pace and capacity of our lives, our practices, and our commitments. This page is here to support you to connect with a therapist who feels like the right fit for you. Below, you will find direct links to each practitioner’s individual waitlist, if they are open to new clients, along with their preferred contact details. If someone does not have a waitlist form listed, this simply means their waitlist is currently closed.

How it works

Each therapist manages their own schedule, availability, and waitlist. You are welcome to join more than one waitlist if that feels supportive for you. For any questions about working together, please contact the relevant therapist directly. We do not have a shared administration team, and general enquiries sent to the collective email cannot be redirected to individual practitioners. If a waitlist form is not listed, you are very welcome to check back at a later time.

A gentle Note

We are a small collective of humans, therapists, parents, creatives, and dreamers, doing this work with full hearts and full lives. We intentionally keep our caseloads small to honour our capacity, our families, and our own ongoing journeys of healing and unlearning. This means waitlists are sometimes closed or move slowly, not because we don’t care, but because we care deeply about doing this work well. About not burning out. About staying human while supporting humans. We’re grateful you’ve landed here, and we hope you find the support you need, whether with us or elsewhere.
