Yoga for when you feel too busy
The busier you get the more you need your yoga practice. Here are some tips for adding more yoga, gentleness and kindness to your day.
You don't need to be an "artist" to engage in art therapy. You don't need to be bendy and flexible to do yoga. You don't have to be a monk to meditate. And you don't have to be at your worst to get mental health support. I'm passionate about all these things and the magic they can add to one's life. This is where I share a few of my adventures and discoveries as I walk along with others and I myself journey in a life of rainbow, whimsy and wellness.
